NEX VACATION – Terms & Conditions
(Operating under Next Group Inc.)
By booking travel services through NEX VACATION, a division of Next Group Inc., you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to protect both you (the traveler) and us (the agency) and to ensure a clear understanding of roles, responsibilities, and expectations.

1. Role as Travel Agent
NEX VACATION acts as an independent travel advisor, working on your behalf to secure reservations with third-party travel suppliers (e.g. airlines, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, etc.). We do not own or operate these services and are not liable for their acts, omissions, or failures.

2. Client Acknowledgment & Responsibility
By using our services, you agree that:
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all trip details, including passenger names, dates, and destination information.
• You understand and accept the risks of travel, including but not limited to illness, injury, delays, theft, or changes beyond our control.
• You will abide by local laws, respect cultural norms, and maintain appropriate conduct throughout your trip.

3. Travel Documents & Entry Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have:
• A valid passport (with at least 6 months’ validity from the return date)
• All necessary visas, vaccinations, travel authorizations (e.g. ESTA, eTA), and health declarations
• Proof of travel insurance (where required)
NEX VACATION is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to missing or invalid travel documents.

4. Pricing & Availability
All pricing and availability is subject to change until booked and confirmed with a deposit or full payment. In the rare case of a pricing error or supplier misquote, the supplier has the right to adjust or cancel the booking. We will notify you immediately and offer alternative options if this occurs.

5. Itinerary Changes & Service Substitutions
Suppliers may change or cancel services such as flights, hotel accommodations, transfers, or excursions at any time. These changes are outside of NEX VACATION’s control. We will do our best to assist you, but we are not liable for any inconvenience or costs resulting from such changes.

6. Health & Safety
Travelers acknowledge the risks associated with travel, especially during global health concerns. NEX VACATION is not liable for:
• Any illness (including but not limited to COVID-19)
• Medical expenses incurred during or after travel
• Quarantine-related costs or denied entry due to test results or health screenings
It is your responsibility to stay informed about health requirements and restrictions for your destination.

7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers:
• Trip cancellation/interruption
• Medical emergencies
• Lost or delayed luggage
• Natural disasters or unforeseen events
Declining insurance is at your own risk. NEX VACATION is not liable for any expenses that would have been covered by travel insurance.

8. Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations are subject to the policies of the suppliers involved. These may include non-refundable deposits, cancellation fees, or credit-only refunds. NEX VACATION is not responsible for:
• Denied refunds from suppliers
• Delays in processing refunds or credits
• Non-transferable or non-changeable tickets or packages
Any service fees paid to NEX VACATION for planning, research, or booking are non-refundable.

9. Planning/Service Fees
NEX VACATION reserves the right to charge planning or consultation fees. These may include:
• Non-refundable planning deposits
• Change or cancellation processing fees
• Group coordination and contract management fees
Fees will be communicated in advance and must be paid before services are rendered or confirmed.

10. Group Travel Terms
For group bookings (typically 10+ travelers), special contract terms may apply. These include deposit schedules, minimum room requirements, and stricter cancellation/change penalties. It is the group leader’s responsibility to ensure all members understand and adhere to the terms.

11. Communication & Accuracy
NEX VACATION communicates primarily by email and text. You are responsible for reviewing all documents, confirmations, and communication in a timely manner. Please notify us immediately if something appears incorrect.

12. Behavior & Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who are verbally abusive, make unreasonable demands, or act in bad faith. We value respectful and professional relationships and expect the same in return.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NEX VACATION and Next Group Inc. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
• Use of our services
• Acts or failures of third-party suppliers
• Your conduct or decisions before, during, or after travel

14. Modification of Terms
NEX VACATION reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
